2014 Annual Conference Vendors

The Iowa Primary Care Association Annual Conference will be held on October 16-17, 2014, at the West Des Moines Marriott in West Des Moines, Iowa. We will again be offering an exhibit hall for organizations to display their products and services and to meet with conference participants. 
The 2014 conference will continue the tradition of offering our members another outstanding training event. Members from community health centers throughout Iowa will be in attendance. We are anticipating over 125 attendees including CEOs, Operation Directors, Senior Leadership, Clinic Managers, Clinicians, Dental Staff, CFOs, HR Directors, Quality Directors, Board Members, and Outreach and Enrollment Staff.
Exhibitors will be listed in the conference program and highlighted during the breaks throughout the conference, which will be held in the exhibit hall.
The cost to exhibit will be $550.00 (electrical outlet available upon request). 
All exhibitors are required to provide a door prize. Exhibitors will stamp a ‘vendor card’ provide in the conference packet, each conference attendee who has their card stamped by every vendor will be eligible to win a door prize at the Friday luncheon, October 17th drawings. 
Space for exhibitors is limited and will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis.
