Performance Improvement Manager

The Iowa Primary Care Association is currently seeking a Performance Improvement Manager.

 The Performance Improvement Manager will be primarily responsible for working with health center leadership to drive practice transformation through process change, collaboration and effective use of technology and data. The Performance Improvement Manager works under the direction of the Performance Improvement Director to help drive process improvements in all health centers and supports IT infrastructure for data and analysis needed to identify current performance and track improvements. Some travel is required.
